As per the Residential Parks Act 1998, Notice Under Section 73 (3), you are advised - A RESIDENT'S RIGHT TO OCCUPY RESIDENTIAL PREMISES UNDER THE RESIDENTIAL TENANCY AGREEMENT IS A LEASEHOLD RIGHT ONLY, AND NOT A FREEHOLD OR OTHER RIGHT OF AN UNLIMITED OR PERPETUAL NATURE AND MAY, IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, BE TERMINATED.

We have a Long Term Rental residence available.  $200 per week plus electricity.

Unfurnished 2 bedroom caravan with fixed annexe, lounge, dining, kitchen, external ensuite and carport.
