Christmas and School Holidays : 7
nights minimum stay for Christmas,
and 3 nights minimum stay for other
School Holidays. Christmas and School Holidays :
25 % of total accommodation cost
is required to secure you booking,
with the balance payable four (4)
weeks prior to arrival.All other times : 25 % of total
accommodation cost is required to
secure the booking with the balance
payable upon arrival.Cash, Money Order or Credit cards are
accepted. Unfortunately we cannot
accept payment by cheque unless prior
arrangements have been made.
Cancellations and Refunds :Plesae check your holiday dates carefully
Deposits are not refundable or transferable
unless we receive 28 days prior notice
of your intention to cancel.
Refunds will only be given with 28
days or more notice of cancellation.
Refunds are subject to 1 night's
fee for cancellation.
Upon check-in, if any alteration to,
or cancellation of the period booked
occurs, your deposit will be forfeited.
We strongly advise that you take out
travel insurance.
